§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop fuxlshop.com. Operator: MCS Hotel und Gebäudereinigung e.K., Trade name: FUXLShop, Owner: Tarek Jaber, Hansastraße 148B, 81373 Munich, Germany.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. Acceptance takes place by means of an order confirmation sent by email.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments and other methods displayed at checkout.
§ 4 Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times and costs are stated on our shipping page. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and refund any payments already made without delay.
§ 5 Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of MCS Hotel und Gebäudereinigung e.K. (trade name: FUXLShop) until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
§ 6 Right of Cancellation

§ 7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights under German law apply (§§ 434 et seq. BGB).
§ 8 Liability
FUXLShop is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, FUXLShop is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

§ 10 Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Munich, Germany.
